Dr. JB Lim’s Light Comment on Life

The blogger’s note:  A light-hearted and thought-provoking comment from the Great Sifu Dr. JB Lim in respect of his brother-in-law’s joking proposal of taking some credits for his many articles posted inside this blog Is reproduced as follows for pleasure reading:

Today we live, tomorrow we return unto dust from where we came. What then do I need all these articles in life?

We acquire immense wealth, wisdom and knowledge, and built great empires on earth while still given the grace of life, yet are all empty shells we leave behind when the stings of death finally calls.

So take…take them away from me as much as you yearn for. They are utterly free... worth not an iota in heaven.

Matthew 6:19-21
Matthew 6:24
Acts 20:35
Luke 6:20
Remember Lazarus and the rich man. The filthy poor, me as Lazarus pointing towards heaven, the filthy rich are all others who inherit this world.

Who then shall inherit heaven throughout all eternity - Lazarus or the rich man who dressed in purple (Luke 16:19-31).

If only we know astronomy - there are at least 10 22 – 10 24 (10 sextillion – one septillion) other worlds out there in this Universe, all stretch out undiscovered before us.
.
Seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you (Mathew 7:7).
