This also applies to breast cancer as both prostate and breast cancers are hormone-dependent with almost the same aetiology, chemistry of spread, signaling pathways, cellular morphology, patho-physiology, clinical features, presentations, characteristics, etc, etc.

Their efficacy is clearly shown from evidence-based studies that have been demonstrated countless times and repeated traditionally for thousands of years.

Cancers take 20 - 40 years to develop from microscopic cellular cancers into detectable clinical stage. They lie lurking in the body undetected by any diagnostic means until at gross clinical stage.

The presence of cellular cancers lurking in the body for years has been shown in meta-analysis of studies on autopsies of mortality from unrelated causes of death (example: in accidents). 

The autopsies across all ages, gender, regions of the world, and among ethnic groups clearly demonstrated the presence of microscopic malignant cancer cells lurking dormant in almost all individuals since young age. Why then do most individuals not develop into detectable clinical cancers until decades later, unlike childhood cancers like leukemia due to genetic abnormally in their oncogenes?

The answer to this question will take at least 8 hours to explain non-stop. It involves lifestyles, exposures, diet and nutrition, free radicals and counter- attacks by endogenous and exogenous antioxidants, DNA damage and repair mechanisms.

It also involved almost the entire army of complex immunological surveillance and how certain specific cells attack cancer cells. Unfortunately the fifty-rich drug companies knows about natural compounds against cancers of all types, but does not want the doctors to know, and as long as the fifty-rich drug companies do not want to reveal to them, the doctors who feed only on a diet of “impressive clinical data” given only by the drug companies, they will never know. 

The medical community has been very effectively imprisoned by a mindset under a "scientific spell” cast strongly by the extremely powerful and influential pharmaceutical companies not unlike “special” religion where followers are not allowed to think for themselves and get out and escape, but are all effectively imprisoned by man-make laws and kept in darkness for all eternity. 

This is so unfortunate!

Let thy food be thy medicine, so said Hippocrates, Father of Medicine and also Father of Nutrition.

Hippocrates never said 'let thy medicine be thy food'. This last clause was purposely added there by drug companies, ‘cos if everybody eats an apple a day, all the doctors and money-making drug companies will be kept away. This is simple as ABC.
