Never My Love

"Never My Love" is the title of a song written by American siblings Donald and Richard Addrisi and it is my all-time favourite "oldies" song.

The first recording of "Never My Love" that achieved chart success was by the Association (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Association) , an American pop-rock band from California. Their version of the song peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in late 1967, one of the band's five Top 10 hits in the late 1960s.
