On Wednesday November 15, 2017, my wife Soh Ai and I left home at
10.00am to the nearby bus-stop where we took a MRT shuttle bus to MRT Bkt.
Dukung Station. The bus-fare for me as a
senior citizen is only RM1.00.

From MRT Bukit Dukung Station, we took a MRT ride to Pasar Seni, 14
stations away and it is the furthest station I went so far since the operation of MRT
Sg. Buloh – Kajang line.

We reached there at 11.15am and met up with my cousin brother Pan
MK who came by LRT from Puchong.
|
Arrived at MRT Pasar Seni Station |
Three of us walked to the backlane of China Town's
Lee Lam Thye Wet Market for coffee at 乐安茶室 which was recommended by Pan for being an old coffee shop and he missed its coffee. As I am not a coffee-drinker,
I really could’t find anything special with the coffee.

After that, we went to Jln. Sultan and visited Hai-O Medicine Store
where I bought 2 bottles of Peking Liu Wei Wan
(concentrated pills) (北京同仁堂六味地黄丸浓缩丸) - 240丸 (RM21.50 each) and
a packet of organic Psyllium Husk (300g for RM26.50).
We took Hainanese chicken rice/asam fish/sour-spicy vegetable/bean sprouts for lunch (RM40.40)at鸡容海南鸡饭茶餐室opposite Hai-O Store.

The chicken rice is quite tasty and it costs RM15 for a quantity for 3 pax and the sour vege is RM6 |

Asam fish and bean sprouts (RM6 and RM5 respectively) |
After lunch, we strolled along Petaling
Street and took a look at Guan Di Chinese Temple and Sri
Mahamariaman Temple (the oldest Hinud temple in KL, founded in 1873) at Jln. Tun H.S. Lee before proceeding to MRT Pasar Seni Station.

We took a ride from Pasar Seni to Maluri Station and dropped in Aeon Shopping Mall, Taman Maluri. We
had Latte/Cappuccino coffee (treated by Pan) and chit-chat for about an
hour.
